About Me

I am a CSIR Research Scholar at the Centre for Atmospheric Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, where I work under the guidance of Prof. Sandeep Sukumaran. My research seeks to enhance the seasonal prediction of the Indian Summer Monsoon, leveraging advanced machine learning techniques to achieve greater forecasting accuracy.

With an academic foundation that spans an M.Tech in Atmospheric & Oceanic Science and Technology and an M.Sc in Physics, I am driven by curiosity to uncover the factors that limit predictive accuracy and to develop innovative approaches to overcome them. My research interests also extend to evaluating climate model performance in simulating the Earth’s largest climate variability driver—ENSO—and unraveling the processes behind model biases.

When not navigating the climate of research, I explore the tranquil skies of meditation or chase the thrill of a badminton rally and the rush of a cricket match.
