About Me

"The Indian Summer Monsoon is a lifeline for over a billion people — yet its variability remains one of the most complex challenges in climate science."

I am a research scholar under the joint supervision of Prof. Sandeep Sukumaran and Prof. Sarvesh Kumar Dubey at the Centre for Atmospheric Sciences, IIT Delhi. My current research focuses on Indian Summer Monsoon variability and scale interaction in climate models. Specifically, I work on understanding the fundamental processes driving variability on subseasonal timescales and investigating how energy is transferred across scales in the climate system. I also explore scale interactions to improve the representation of monsoonal processes in climate models, with the broader goal of enhancing monsoon predictability.
